HOW TO BOOK
The Guest can book an accommodation through our website in two ways:
- INQUIRY – through Inquiries the guests can choose more accommodation units that they are interested in. The guests are asked to write in the Inquiry all their preferences. In this way, the Agency can suggest the accommodations that hits best the guests needs. The Agency will respond to the guest as soon as possible. As final confirmation of the reservation it is needed to make a deposit (30%) and the rest is paid upon arrival (in cash). The guest can do that via PayPal (our account is: firstname.lastname@example.org) or through bank transfer. In both cases transfer fee covers sender.
- ONLINE BOOKING – by booking online the guest agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and immediately after, he gets access to the method of payment. The amount that is required for the advance payment is clearly written on the site. The customer can pay for the advance via PayPal or Credit Cards (this is also done via PayPal). If the customer does not yet have a PayPal account, he can, quickly and easily, create one through our site – by clicking the button CREATE AN ACCOUNT and entering the required information. In the next step the guest decides whether he wants to pay via PayPal or by some of the offered credit cards. The Agency will send the guest a Booking confirmation as soon as possible.
Some properties can have in their offer Discount coupons. The coupon is not applicable to all accommodation units and is valid only for those properties that have the Availability calendar "updated". It is only necessary to write the keyword in the empty space below the word COUPON and the discount will be displayed, if applicable to the selected unit.
