Each TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT is 41 m² and has 1 balcony that is 8 m². Each have 1 fully equipped Kitchen (with a dining table and 4 seats), 2 Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms. Two-Bedroom Apartments feature 1 air conditioner, located in the hallway.

BATHROOMS: The house features a total of 7 bathrooms with shower. The One-Bedroom Apartment has 1 bathroom, while each Two-Bedroom Apartment have 2 bathrooms.
COURTYARD AND SWIMMING POOL: The courtyard is 1000 m² and includes a covered terrace with a barbecue area – perfect place for the guests to enjoy their time together. The private swimming pool, surrounded by sun chairs, is 45 m² big and is filled with chlorine water. The pool is available for use from 1st May - 15th October.
PARKING: 4 private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the house.
