In the early evening, several times a week, it is possible to join the batana procession with a nightnight from a small pier near the main square. It sails along the beautiful old town center to Spacio Matika, a place with an entrance from the sea side. Enjoy the ride accompanied by folk music from Rovinj, followed by a traditional seafood dinner.

What is Spacio?
Spacio was a place where the people of Rovinj stored, tasted and resold wine in their stone houses, but also a place for socializing, dining, playing brishkula and treseta, singing and having fun.
Spacio Matika has been a preserved place since 2006 and is now part of the Ecomuseum, where various events are held. Experience the best of land and sea: local malvasia and terranino, local olive oil and fresh catch.
