The city swimming pool has impressive dimensions, extending to 33.33 x 25.0 meters. It is made of high-quality stainless steel, known as inox, which brings a number of advantages compared to traditional materials. The use of stainless steel requires significantly fewer chemicals to maintain the hygiene of the water in the pool and ensures exceptional longevity.
In terms of functionality, the pool is equipped with a movable bottom with a width of three lanes and a length of 25 meters. This bottom can be lowered from a maximum pool depth of 2.0 meters to the zero point, thus providing considerable flexibility for various activities. It allows one pool area to simultaneously support several different activities at different depths.
Furthermore, the pool is equipped with the leading security system, AngelEye View. This innovative software technology uses patented underwater cameras to monitor the movements of pool users. In the event of any potentially dangerous situations, this system sends immediate notifications to security personnel, thus providing a high standard of user protection against potential accidents or injuries.
The Rovinj-Rovigno city pool is open to the public according to the following schedule:
- in the morning from Monday to Friday > 8:30 - 13:00,
- in the afternoon Monday, Tuesday and Thursday > 20:30 – 22:00,
- on Saturdays > 12:00 – 21:00.
